What do I do if I already use a company for Hosting?
The process of migrating to WattsWeb is very simple we would just need access to your current hosting provider, we can always contact them on your behalf.

What happens if my site goes down?
Sites that are on our servers rarely go down, however if this was to happen WattsWeb will receive a notification within 60 seconds of your site going down. We will then ensure the site is back up as soon as possible.

Where are the websites hosted?
Your website will be hosted in London, UK. If you need the site to be hosted in a different area to this then that wouldn’t be a problem.

Is there a Bandwidth Limit?
There is no bandwidth limit.

Is there a storage limit?
Each of our servers is equipped with a 100GB hard drive. Should you require additional storage, please inform us so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you provide DDoS protection?
All sites are DDoS protected.

What other security do you provide?
We use Cloudflare on all our sites and also we also secure the backend of the site using IP White Listing.

My site has been hacked can we help?
If your site has been compromised, we can assist you. Please note that there will be an additional fee for this service, which we will discuss with you beforehand.

How often will my site be backed up?
Your site will be automatically backed up everyday for total peace of mind.

Are my backups secure?
Your site backup will be secure, they are stored in the cloud.

How quickly can you restore a backup?
A backup can be restored quickly depending on the size of the website and can take around 5-15 minutes once we are logged in.

Are backups included in the price?
Yes all backups are included in the price.

How long are the backups saved for?
Each backup is stored for 30 days.

Can I download a backup if I need to?
We would be happy to send the backup you need, however you wouldn’t be able to download this yourself.
